Washington DC 14 FED 2025
Background
America is in the middle of a coup. More accurately it is the next phase in the coup that started early on the morning of Nov 5 2020.
This is a fraud on the American public. This is an embarrassment to our country. We were getting ready to win this election. Frankly, we did win this election. We did win this election.
As our strategic analysis on the coup is spread across a series of our stacks, CWII is bringing them all together here in a quick snapshot, for easy reference. Please also bear in mind the entirety of this CWII stack is a step by step analysis of the domestic coup as it happened since 2020.
The coup is directed at destruction of the rule of law at home and abroad. Criminals don't like rules, except the ones they impose. America is in soft alliance with our enemies against our institutions and our allies. The longer no one understands this, the better for the criminals. This is why the White House is not announcing a change in policy and alliances. By the time you smell the coffee it will be long past too late.
Collapse of the Rule of Law at Home
The US Constitution is in free fall. The executive, legislature, and media (trad and social) have fallen into fascist control. The apolitical civil service is being purged by incentive ('buyout') soon to be followed by force (shutting down departments, decapitation of leadership, Schedule F and finaly, privatization - GovX). The DOJ and FBI have been gutted. The IGs across government have been dissappeared. The DOD and IC are next.
The constitutionally-desperate public view the judiciary as the last hold out. However there is not much to be hoped for because the judiciary is hopelessly split. The Supreme Court has firmly backed the coup. If they submitted to him when he was out of office and a convicted criminal on the run, they are going to bend over backwards now he is in power.1
The last pro-constitution lights are flickering in the lower courts. Given the judicial hierarchy, it is only a matter of time for the constitution to be snuffed out by order of the Supreme Court. Holdout lower court judges and their families are under assault. That's not new of course. But it is now more sinister because the legislature has overtly abandoned support for the rule of law. Find me a republican senator speaking out in support of lower court judges. I'll wait.2 Now the shadow President is demanding any judge issuing orders contrary to executive whim be impeached. It wont take long for impeachment proceedings to start. Paging Chairman Comer! The judges will learn their lesson. Who will end up being Trump's Karl Roland Freisler? Expect eager competition. The Leader always appeals to His Court and almost always wins. Sure some small wins might be allowed for show but the big picture is clear.
Collapse of the Rules Based Order Abroad
Internationally, the US is in hyperdrive dismantling the rules based order. As predicted here, and on our sister stacks, America is in a soft alliance with the Axis of Authoritarianism. That grouping includes Russia, Iran, China and the Netanyahu government in Israel (not the people of Israel who remain in open rebellion against their criminal tyrant). “But what about China? He hates China!” you may reply.
Sure. Until we make an alliance with China. Read Nancy Qian ‘A Trump and Xi Alliance Will Emerge’. Bottom line - here is what appeasement of China looks like:
China will make some 'concessions' over tarriffs, Trump calls it a win and is ‘generous’ to China in return. Specifically, under the Greenland Doctrine, Trump will not interfere with China's aggression towards Taiwan.
This is all stagecraft. It has been pre-decided and is integral to the Greenland Doctrine. The threat of US led ethnic cleansing in Gaza is aligned with the Doctrine. Jordan, our one steadfast and reliable ally in the Middle East is at breaking point. Cutting US Aid at the same time as forcing them to take even more refugees will stretch them past breaking point. Forcing Ukraine to surrender to Russia is all of a piece with the Doctrine. Appeasement of Russia is clothed in the language of peace. “We just want all the dying to stop”. Hard to argue with that sophistry, especially when journalists never ask the obvious next question - “whose"? The missing noun is “Russian”. All good stagecraft comes in the right packaging.
Greenland Doctrine
Greenland is the canary in the coalmine. It is not about US security. We have had military bases there since WWII - where Nazi wolfpacks were driven away from shipping convoys by allied aircraft. We even nuked Denmark (albeit by accident) and they took that in their stride because of the bigger picture and because, unlike us, they are good allies. To read about our nuclear attack on Greenland and now our political attacks on allies click here:
Soft Alliance with the Authoritarians
We have soft-quit NATO and all of our other traditional alliances. We have just not announced it. Why give our new enemies a heads up? The incredulity and naieve hope of our old allies that what they see happening is not what it looks like, enables us to gain advantage over them all. The longer they grovel and the more desperate to please us they become, the more concessions we gain. The same desperation to avoid another war worked to the aggressor’s advantage last time.

Conclusion
Don't fall into the appeasement trap. This is not all going to be ok. This is not going to get better. None of this is normal.
America is at war. The enemy is the Trump Terror Network and they are 7/10ths of the way to victory.
Recall, as a candidate for office, he was facing multiple indictments for mounting a coup and engaging in espionage. Stealing thousands of pages of Top Secret information describing US nuclear force posture and US vulnerabilities to attack.
Now Moscow Tulsi is DNI she can get the required intelligence to her friends in high places.
See confirmations, zero push back on the avalanche of crimes being committed in broad daylight by the 'Administration', and the absence of Republican legislators speaking out about Judges targetted for special treatment.
Bravo, time capsule stuff. Good work!
WE HAVE NEVER SEEN A COUP LIKE THIS. WE'RE DOOMED IF AMENDMENT 14, SECTION 3, CAN'T BE MADE TO APPLY
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
What Donald Trump and Elon Musk are orchestrating represents uncharted territory in American governance and technology. Their actions push the boundaries of executive power and corporate influence in ways the legal system was never designed to anticipate.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
This bloodless digital coup, a coordinated effort to reshape government oversight, control information, and dismantle institutional checks, exploits gaps in laws written for a bygone era. These laws were crafted to address power grabs through physical force, not digital manipulation or bureaucratic subversion.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Traditional legal frameworks are equipped to handle violent insurrections, armed uprisings, or overt acts of rebellion. However, they fail to capture the subtle and systemic ways modern technology and executive overreach can erode democratic institutions from within. By wielding the machinery of government, through executive orders, personnel purges, and regulatory interference, Trump and Musk are not storming the gates; they are rewriting the rules of power in real time, without firing a single shot.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Musk’s influence over sensitive government data and his potential manipulation of financial regulators blur the line between corporate power and state authority. Meanwhile, Trump’s executive actions, such as limiting birthright citizenship and removing oversight officials, systematically dismantle the foundations of constitutional democracy. Neither fits neatly into conventional definitions of insurrection or rebellion, leaving the legal system ill-equipped to respond.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
This new form of power consolidation operates in the legal shadows, exploiting ambiguous or outdated statutes as a shield while reshaping the relationship between technology, governance, and democracy. Without clear and enforceable laws to address these emerging threats, the institutions meant to check power face a profound vulnerability, one where democracy can be dismantled without a single act of traditional violence.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
In essence, we are witnessing a slow-motion, bloodless digital coup, one that exposes the fragility of democratic norms when faced with actors willing to exploit legal gray areas and wield technological dominance. This coup ill-equipped not just the letter of the law but the very spirit of American democracy, and the legal system is struggling to keep pace.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
This is not a military coup. There are no tanks rolling into Washington or fighter jets strafing the capital.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Instead, this coup advances with Trump’s full support. Its primary goal is to dismantle key parts of the federal government while ensuring that the remaining structures are loyal to Trump.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Constitutional protections cannot effectively counteract the speed of this digital coup. By the time courts intervene to slow or stop Musk’s actions, the damage, amplified by digital infrastructure, will already be done.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Grassroots protests and mass mobilizations in state capitals cannot keep pace with the rapid, technological acceleration of this power grab.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
The consequences of this coup will reverberate across the United States, undermining the entire federal system and reshaping U.S. relations with the world. The dismantling of agencies like USAID will have life-and-death consequences for vulnerable populations globally.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
In less than four weeks, Trump and Musk have thrown U.S. government agencies into disarray. Their actions are capable of causing permanent, structural change. Given Trump’s stated desire to become a dictator, and his recent claim that Americans "won’t have to vote anymore," the collapse of the entire U.S. federal government is no longer an abstract threat; it is an imminent possibility.
