This is an exceptional piece of investigative and analytical writing.

I do have one question: with regards to “there is no indication of civil disobedience” would it be correct to say that the statement in question was solely attributed to Ornato and was unaccompanied by any documentation supporting his statement?

I ask this because given his current LinkedIn account details he has two "Interests" that fall under the "Company" category, (https://www.linkedin.com/in/anthony-ornato-4272972a0/details/interests) that are of telling interest to anyone investigating his connections to Trumpism.

One interest is "Elon Musk" while the other more significant interest is the "America First Policy Institute" which is a de facto primary Trump support organization;

which in light of the following interesting item you have penned in your essay, "Ornato was the agent that disputed General Keith Kellogg's account about USSS plans to spirit VP Pence to Joint Base Andrews. In response to the denial, Kellogg has written in glowing terms about Ornato ending with “I would take his sworn testimony to the bank” (emphasis added). At the time of writing no such sworn testimony has been tended and it may be inferred from Kellogg’s artful response that he suspects none will be forthcoming."

This is of genuinely significant importance given that Lt. General Keith Kellogg is a former Co-Chair, Center for American Security America First Policy Institute. (https://www.americafirstpolicy.com/team/keithkellogg)

And yes Ornato is deep maga. As I had hoped to indicate using his own actions and testimony. Im not surprise he continues these links because I assume he is PNG is the mainstream pro-constitution law enforcement works? Thats just an assumption and made a hopefully and naive one.

Thank you I am glad you found it useful.

On “there is no indication of civil disobedience”. No. It may have originated with him but that was the summary assessment of the USSS intel arm that is tied into the national capital command center and other agencies like the FBI and so on. I have an incomplete article started years ago on the “intelligence failure” related to J6 that says it was not an intel failure at all - bc they had the information and dots were connected by analysts. It was a cultural mirroring and cognitive bias failure in that the enemy attacking the Congress mirrored the majority/orthodoxy culture and backgrounds of the law enforcement community. In essence, they saw themselves in the J6 people and assumed there was no threat - that they were just good ole boys sounding off after a few beers on the porch.

I refer you to this interesting clip that deals with the impact of authority figures and observation of acceptable behaviors in decisions people make. It also starts with a fascinating observation. Namely, that two of Amerias’s most famous psychologists who did stunning work in this field were high school buddies.

Have you considered the possibility of a semi-hidden network of operatives spread throughout the Intelligence/Law Enforcement communities in any number of bureaucratic positions who might have enabled Ornato to be able to say what he said while in fact it was in actuality a known fact of the dangers posed at that time of the events and circumstances that came to pass? I ask this because there appears to be one such organization that is more than capable of rendering such assistance. Namely the “Teneo Network” as of this writing they have thousands of members, of whom many are well placed for such sleight of hand manipulations.

No and I tell you why. It didn't t need to. This was self actualizing. Culture precedes covert multi party conspiracies that when attempted never maintain 100% OPSEC. Does Leonard Leo run a vast network with the objective of achieving far right outcomes. Sure. He achieve this by changing the culture over the past decade + not by tactical ops.

While I am confident that I do understand your perspective, I think I must disagree to some extent; this is due to the fact that Teneo Network was actually created by Evan Baehr and long preceded Leonard Leo’s assumption of a chairman’s position, for the most part The network in question has long been operating on a policy first, culture second principle. I have been focusing on them as time permits for quite some time now.

You have documented many parts very well. Except I would say that you've not covered the "religious" aspect of it well enough for readers to truly grasp the danger we are in. It is safe to say that to some extent the church has been corrupted. I personally dont believe all involved knew, or know of the expected results of the plans of those eager to steal our govt. But they follow the leader for even a single reason, and apparently for a long time now have directly or indirectly advised congregations on whom to vote for. If I had faith left in any area of our govt., even though it's all pretty terrifying I would not be terrified. But with the release of the J6 comm report it's clear to me that elected officials think its ok to carry on with business as usual. Ommittimg or otherwise protecting those in the ultra privileged classes from the report. They were my last hope. DOJ is clearly not doing what many Americans believe they are, or say they do as a cover to do nothing to save us.

Thanks for your comment and your commitment to protecting the country from the threats we face. I didn't dive deep into the religious aspect because its outside my expertise. I highly recommend Susan Jacoby's *Age of American Unreason* if you are interested in a really well argued historically articulate deep dive into the links between the far right and evangelicals.

Having a quiet processed focused judge in charge of DOJ looks like it was a wise choice that did not pan out well. Wise because the selection was made to avoid the partisanship of a Bill Barr. Has not panned out well because Garland seems to have demanded so many layers of 'proof' and 'approval' for an indictment that it just adds up to DOJ self censorship.

Bill Barr would have indicted weeks after any of the myriad crimes in the crime spree. Likely, without justification. The Durham side show and the overlay on the Muller Report is proof of that. To want to avoid that partisanship is good. To do it right and by the book is good. However, if you get stuck in paralysis by analysis while the most dangerous threat to America since 1860 festers and grows, the country is being placed in extreme danger by omission. He is looking increasingly feckless.
