TRUMP IS MOVING TO ELIMINATE ALL OPPOSITION

As usual the mainstream media are completely missing the point. This is not about moving a portrait or pettiness toward a former critic. Trump is moving against all possible threats to his regime. The only remaining pro-constitution institutions are the civil service and military.
The day before 9/11, Usama bin Laden assassinated the Lion of Panjshir, Ahmad Shah Massoud, an Afghan commander who fought the Taliban and al-Qaeda. Bin Laden correctly anticipated the US would seek an alliance with Massoud in its fight against al al-Qaeda. Killing Massoud vastly complicated and prolonged the subsequent war on terror.1
Today the leader of the Trump Terror Network (TTN), is moving to have the Lion of the Pentagon eliminated before Trump goes full dictator. It is unclear if anyone in the military would now support the constitution against the TTN. Afterall, the US Secret Service has been completely compromised and all other institutions have collapsed.
However, to the extent any resistance might be offered, it might come from parts of the military that takes the oath to the Constitution seriously, and the obvious leader of pro-constitution forces would be General Milley.
Not that Milley seeks power as maga will claim. However, as the national crisis deepens in response to Trump's unfolding dictatorship, Milley may be called to leadership.
From the start, Gen Milley understood Trump was a fascist dictator and was using January 6 as “his Reichstag moment” to storm into power. Moreover, Milley did what he could to prevent a coup. As a nation we owe him a debt if gratitude. He was courageous in combat and more importantly courageous in speaking truth to power in the execution of his duties to serve the constitution.
In response, Maga targeted him for special treatment - denouncing him and threatening him and his family. Fascists are very sensitive to their weaknesses and very overbearing in attempts to eliminate them.
This is not idle speculation.
Let's look at the facts
In Sept 2023 Trump ordered Gen Milley's execution.
Last week Trump pardoned and released 1500 violent terrorists from federal prisons, hundreds in DC where Gen Milley lives.
A number of these terrorists were already members of paramilitary units dedicated to Trump, who were the vanguard of an assault force used against the Legislature in open session.
Now, in their minds, they are all part of a unique brotherhood forged in battle (J6) and honed in subsequent adversity and enemy imposed tyranny. (A collective Mein Kampf - which BTW translates as “My Struggle”)
They were miraculously saved from a terrible fate by their leader, who in turn was saved by God to rule his people.
Accordingly, Trump has a ride-or-die paramilitary force who owe him everything.
Worse, they know they are immune from any consequences in committing future crimes for the TTN. The Supreme Court ruled assassination of non-violent domestic political rivals - an example specifically cited in oral arguments - as legal.
In addition, Trump's pardon power is absolute.
Like all prisons, the DC prison was a university and workshop for terrorists and paramilitaries. The TTN foot soldiers.
Unlike other prisons, the DC prison let the inmates turn their cell block into a political asylum, then let them run the asylum. They freely conducted interviews, spreading propaganda, fundraising, hellraising, and building a Trump movement from inside the walls. Their women held a never ending vigil outside the prison for their Patriots. All these people feel totally vindicated. And they all want revenge for what they see as the injustice done to them.
In other words, the TTN has a “brown shirts” paramilitary force that is above the law, hungry for revenge, and is eager to prove it's allegiance to the leader who granted them freedom. I imagine they will become known as “the red hats”.
The Sturmabteilung (SA) or brown shirts due to the color of their uniforms, was founded in 1921 as a paramilitary division of the NSDAP. With its terror against members of the opposition and the influencing of elections, it played a decisive role in the rise of Adolf Hitler and the NSDAP.
In short, all of the pieces of the puzzle are in place to kill General Milley and to protect his assassins.
Are you exhausted yet?
This week has seen incredible chaos in government. Every week will be the same. The idea is to exhaust and overwhelm any opposition so dictatorship will feel inevitable. Indeed, so dictatorship will be welcome - in that stability will follow once the instigators have what they want - total control.
The civil service and military have been under full frontal assault for years. It's now intensifying. Purges are underway in every department. Programs have been upended. The medicaid system was shut down for a few hours. This was a classic Trump trial balloon to gauge the level of opposition. It shows what they think they can get away with at this early stage. If you don't think this will result in dictatorship you are in extreme denial.
This is not coming out of the blue. It's been brewing out in the open for years. The plan to end the civil service was evident back in 2022.

That plan has recently intensified as Elon got closer to power. His “fork in the road” email telling civil servants to take the money and run, is all part of a privatization plan for the civil service. Elon and the cronies will run government departments through contracting companies they own and control. Thus civil servants will become a powerless minority. Apolitical is unacceptable. Smeared as woke. Only politicized will be accepted.

Chronological order of attacks on the military
Once cherished, magas attacks on the military have been largely successful. This is a topic CWII has tracked over the years. As the attacks mounted, public trust in the military has declined precipitously. The right wing propaganda machine has led this charge. It's insidious because Fox “news” is on every screen in military facilities propagating lies and creating a problem that did not exist. Woke, DEI, and all the racist dog whistling has been on blast for years.2 It has taken root despite the fact in 20 years working with the military I never saw or heard of anything remotely woke, nor was party politics ever discussed by anyone.
Step one - attack an institution that can't fight back. Ironic as it's designed for fighting. Just not political warfare at home.
Step Two - blame the institution for everything. Then use your propaganda arm that is popular in the institution to tell its members its leaders are garbage and they are all enemies of the people.
Then order the assassination of a real leader and no-kidding action man who not only looks like he's out of tough guy central casing he is a tough guy with scars to prove it - except not all tough guys are fascists. Imagine?
Where is this going?
It remains to be seen how long it takes for the pro-constitution institutions to hold-out. The collapse of the rest of the constitution has been lightening swift.
A split in the military over full dictatorship is unlikely for a long list of reasons. But Trump does not know that. He needs Milley dead as a precautionary measure to foreclose the possibility of any resistance.
All of this does tell us one very important thing - Trump intends to go full dictator and he thinks that project can be completed much sooner than we realize.
Why wouldn't he? There is no resistance. The media, corporations, Congress and courts are all in his pocket or too scared to speak up. If the public hit the streets to protest, talkshow Pete will follow orders and mow them down while claiming violent elements shot first etc. You know the drill.
Appessement begs aggression. All Trump has known from Merrick Garland onwards is appeasement. He gets hungrier by the day. As some wag wrote, “this is what happens when you don't discipline a 10 yr old”.
The countdown to invocation of the Insurrection Act is on. If I was good at photo manipulation I'd put the Act next to a lettuce. As it is, we will use comrade Stalin's Photoshop. Erasing inconvenient people does not stop with their likeness.
I just noticed that Trump had a press conference with military aides lining the hall behind him. I've never seen that before and expect it's never happened before. The message is clear. “I control the military”.
America's military establishment is signalling its submission to dictatorship
Want to know why Trump wants a former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff killed? Because Milley had what no one in government today has - the sense to know Trump is a fascist hellbent on destroying the Constitution and a willingness to resist even at great personal cost.
A cost he is now paying.
Notice that no one in the Pentagon, no retired admiral's or general's, no military associations, are speaking out about how Milley has been targetted by Trump? Milley is alone. Stripped of security, an easy target for a maga nut job or a trained Iranian assassin.
By its silence, America's military establishment is signalling its submission to dictatorship.
As Chairman, Gen Milley drafted a resignation letter. In it he tells Trump to his face he is a fascist. In the end Gen Milley decided he could better serve the Constitution by remaining at his post and resisting fascism.
Nevertheless, this letter stands as an important marker in our slide into dictatorship.

I regret to inform you that I intend to resign as your Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Thank you for the honor of appointing me as senior ranking officer. The events of the last couple weeks have caused me to do deep soul-searching, and I can no longer faithfully support and execute your orders as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. It is my belief that you were doing great and irreparable harm to my country. I believe that you have made a concerted effort over time to politicize the United States military. I thought that I could change that. I’ve come to the realization that I cannot, and I need to step aside and let someone else try to do that.
Second, you are using the military to create fear in the minds of the people—and we are trying to protect the American people. I cannot stand idly by and participate in that attack, verbally or otherwise, on the American people. The American people trust their military and they trust us to protect them against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and our military will do just that. We will not turn our back on the American people.
Third, I swore an oath to the Constitution of the United States and embodied within that Constitution is the idea that says that all men and women are created equal. All men and women are created equal, no matter who you are, whether you are white or Black, Asian, Indian, no matter the color of your skin, no matter if you’re gay, straight or something in between. It doesn’t matter if you’re Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, Jew, or choose not to believe. None of that matters. It doesn’t matter what country you came from, what your last name is—what matters is we’re Americans. We’re all Americans. That under these colors of red, white, and blue—the colors that my parents fought for in World War II—means something around the world. It’s obvious to me that you don’t think of those colors the same way I do. It’s obvious to me that you don’t hold those values dear and the cause that I serve.
And lastly it is my deeply held belief that you’re ruining the international order, and causing significant damage to our country overseas, that was fought for so hard by the Greatest Generation that they instituted in 1945. Between 1914 and 1945, 150 million people were slaughtered in the conduct of war. They were slaughtered because of tyrannies and dictatorships. That generation, like every generation, has fought against that, has fought against fascism, has fought against Nazism, has fought against extremism. It’s now obvious to me that you don’t understand that world order. You don’t understand what the war was all about. In fact, you subscribe to many of the principles that we fought against. And I cannot be a party to that. It is with deep regret that I hereby submit my letter of resignation.
However it is worth remembering, bin Laden won. Even in death. Recall his mission was to trick us into self defeat as he claimed he did to the Soviets. He won in Afghanistan and his war against us continues to unfold toward our self destruction - Ironically aided by Russia because of it's defeat in Afghanistan (that caused the collapse of the USSR).
It's not without some foundation. Not much, but just enough to build a propaganda war. The military PR machines have assisted Fox etc by pushing innocuous identity appreciation days. By granting Asian and Pacific islanders (for example) a special day, they helped isolate those citizens in the service instead of making them feel integrated. When you move away from ‘everyone a soldier' to listing groups by ethnicity you open the door to right wing attacks. CWII is from a Pacific island. The biggest one. Australia. But Pacific islander acknowledgement was not aimed at him. It's a stupid and trivial issue but it's open door for the right to push on. I don't care who you are, where you are from, what you look like. I do care if you support the constitution or not. That's ALL I care about. Self imposed division distracts from e Plurabis Unm.
